Professional e-Learning Voice Over

e-Learning is the delivery of educational and training materials through digital means. Generally, e-Learning is grouped into a series of self-paced modules that provide information, knowledge checks or assessments, and interactive components (such as gamifying learning). E-Learning provides both audio and visual cues to make the learning clear and memorable, as well as digital resources to extend knowledge.

Good e-Learning is structured in such a way that each module builds upon the last. Each video is short, clear, and engaging, and the voice over is friendly and dynamic. As a former educator, I understand how to modify pacing, inflection, and word emphasis to make an eLearning script meaningful and memorable.

Because e-Learning often consists of hours of material, the voice talent must have a pleasant, articulate, easy-to-listen-to voice. An eLearning voice talent should have a smooth voice free from distractions, as well as a neutral accent. Though some eLearning companies have tried substituting AI generated voices for human voices, learners overwhelmingly prefer the human voice because it makes them feel more supported and more emotionally engaged.
